Carl Hansen & Søn’s MG501 Cuba outdoor lounge chair is a perfect representation of functional furniture design. Designed by Morten Gøttler in 1997, the Cuba chair offers a great expression of sculptural shapes and functionality in an extremely sleek form: the lounge chair features a foldable solid wood frame and a durable, weather-resistant flat rope weave. Over the years, natural patina adds even more character to the piece as the teak turns a beautiful silver hue.
