5. Delivery & Acceptance

We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date for most items, provided they are:

• In original packaging with all tags and protective covers
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on:

• Used exterior lighting
• Garden tools & seeds
• Lanterns & fire pits showing signs of use
• Custom-made outdoor kitchen equipment
• Monogrammed outdoor textiles

6.3 Returns Process

2. We’ll provide return instructions within 48 hours
3. Securely repackage items using original materials
4. Refunds process within 5 business days of receipt (excluding original shipping)

6.4 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If items arrive damaged or incorrect:

• We’ll arrange expedited replacement where possible

7. Liability Limitations
